Frankie’s problem
Frankie was sitting in the living room of the junior’s house watching T.V. She felt quite down because she didn’t know whether her and Aaron’s relationship was going to last much longer. All of the junior’s were at the house as they were doing a lot of rehearsals for their new single. As she sat there, tears started to fall down onto her face, and she felt really upset. Stacey walked into the living room, and seeing that Frankie was upset closed the door behind her. “What’s wrong babes?” asked Stacey sitting next to her on the sofa. Frankie closed her eyes tight, before a gush of tears came from Frankie’s eyes. Stacey got off the sofa and knelt down beside Frankie.
She knew there was something wrong, so when Calvin tried to come into the room, she called out “Not now, we’re having a girly chat”. She knew Calvin hated ‘girly chats’ so he quickly went to join Jay on the PS2.
“K, so tell me what’s wrong darlin, you know you can tell me anything, we are best mates”.
“I know” said Frankie still crying. Stacey rested her arm on Frankie’s knee, and looked up at her sad face.
“I am really worried that me and Aaron aren’t going to be together much longer”.
“Spill” said Stacey, concerned about her mate.
“Ok, so me and Aaron were getting on ok and everything, but now he doesn’t kiss me, or do anything with me he used to. He treats me like I am just his mate, and he doesn’t tell me that he loves me, or even that he cares about me”. She stopped, before continuing. “I saw him chatting up this girl at a party and that really upset me, I can’t believe he would do that to me”.
Stacey listened to her friend, before giving her a big hug. Frankie sobbed on her friend’s shoulder, and Stacey felt bad for her mate. The rest of the juniors’ girls were upstairs doing makeovers and watching T.V.
“Don’t worry babe, you know what Aaron is like, I’m sure he still cares about you. I will have a chat with him and see what’s been going on”.
“Ok” said Frankie, “but don’t let him know I have talked to you about it”.
“Course I won’t” said Stacey who was one of the most trustworthy best friends you could ever wish for.
