Chapter 6[/b]
“Do I Calvin?!” Frankie asked “Cause the last time I checked, the Calvin I knew didn't run away from his problems. And from what Han told me, you don't seem to be him” she added.
Silence.
Calvin knew Frankie was right. This wasn't him at all. He was usually the one telling everyone to fight head on and never run away from your fears. And look at him now - at his parent's house hiding from the troubles in his life. But he wasn't going to stay in the room to hear any of 'their' explanations. He didn't want to hear his worst fears come true.
Frankie left Calvin out like shark bait so she helped him a line full aware of exactly what he was thinking “Look Calv - listen to your own advice and face up to her. The fact is you're miserable and she is too. She loves YOU! Not Az! You CAN sort this out!”
Calvin thought long and hard about what she said. 'Do I really want to find out? Is it worth all the trouble? Is Frankie right?! Can Han and I sort this out?!' All these questions popped in his mind, and there seemed to be more questions than answers. Frankie thought that she was getting through to him at last.
“No!” Calvin spoke suddenly, “Never! If 'they' wanna be a couple, then so be it! I don't want to see it.......it's tortures me to even think about it” painfully speaking, a tear dropped from his eye. Frankie sighed, Mr. Goldspink was right - he was too stubborn for his own good.
“Fine, have it your way. But think about it Calv - if you don't listen to me, who can you believe?” and with that Frankie hung up the phone.
She went back to the kitchen to wash up the dishes. On the way Frankie contemplated another thing on her mind. She made her decision and picked the phone up again and dialled the number.

Hannah got on her usual bus to school. She usually sat near the front but today she needed to be alone so she went to the back. She didn't feel like socialising with anyone. Her thoughts were too far away to concentrate on anything around her. Even Roger, the bus driver, noticed Han's mood, she usually entered the bus with her one in a million smile which helped him get through the day as he didn't have any other passengers who were as kind and cheery as Hannah. Roger decided not to question her. He didnt want to pry into anything she didn't voluntarily want to speak out about.
Hannah seated herself next to the window and leaned her head against the window. Lost in her thoughts, she sub-conciously peered out the window. Everything she saw was out to get her. She passed a limousine with ribbons tied at the front, obviously someone was getting married; at the traffic light an old couple hand in hand happily crossing the street and two cute little kids sharing an ice cream, sitting on the park bench. Everything she saw reminded her of what she and Calvin use to have, what they were going to be in the future. But that dream was shattered not too long ago.
A tear dropped from her eye, remembering Calvin's reaction that night. His face filled with pure hurt and anger. Her eyes welled up - she knew Calvin thought her and Aaron were together, but it was far from it. She hadn't talked to Aaron since. And she certainly didn't want to until things were back to 'normal'. She wanted to stay as far away from Aaron as possible at the moment. Another minute with him could tear her apart.
The radio was on in the bus and Hannah needed to clear her head before school so she listened to whatever was on:
Turn it inside out so I can see
The part of you that's drifting over me
And when I wake you're never there
But when I sleep you're everywhere
You're everywhere
Just tell me how I got this far
Just tell me why you're here and who you are
Cause every time I look you're never there
And every time I sleep you're always there
Cause you're everywhere to me
And when I close my eyes it's you I see
You're everything I know that makes me believe
I'm not alone
I'm not alone...The bus was approaching a stop. Nothing was going right right for her and she ran off the bus crying. She didn't care about school anymore. She didn't care about anything that was in her way. She wanted Calvin back and nothing else. Her life was a mess. Hannah didn't see where she was running and bumped into someone which made her fall and drop her bag, books scattered all over the place. Her tears made it hard to see who it was and she frantically packed her books back trying to hurry so she could run to her favourite place. The person tried to offer their hand to help Hannah up but since she was too busy hurrying she didn't see. Instead the person spoke cautiously,
“Hannah?”
